Archive & Trash
Archived projects
Section titled “Archived projects”Archived projects are hidden from views and filters but nothing is deleted. Find them under Archived Projects in the account sidebar and click Unarchive to bring one back. Unarchiving is part of the Pro plan.
Deleted tasks and projects stay in Trash for 30 days — each item shows how many days are left. Switch between Projects and Tasks and filter by project.
- Restore brings an item back. Restoring a project also restores its tasks.
- Delete permanently and Empty trash remove items for good (Owner only).
- Guests see only the tasks they deleted.
