What is Roni?
Roni is a project and task management app built around a timeline. You plan work as tasks with start and due dates, see them on a week, month, quarter or year timeline, and move them around by dragging. The same tasks also appear in a Today list, a sortable List, a Kanban board and a Calendar.

The building blocks

|---|---|
| Workspace | Your team’s space. It has its own members, statuses, projects and plan. You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the menu at the top right. |
| Project | A group of tasks, for example a client or a product launch. Each project has its own members, milestones and settings. Every workspace starts with a General project. |
| Task | A piece of work with a title, dates, status, assignees, a description, subtasks, files and comments. |
| Status | Where a task is: Not Started, In Progress, Completed plus any custom statuses you add (for example In Review). |
| Milestone | A named date range inside a project, such as Design sign-off. Tasks can be linked to a milestone. |
Who sees what
Section titled “Who sees what”Everyone in a workspace — including the owner — only sees the projects they are a member of. Add people to a project to give them access to its tasks. See Members & roles for what Owners, Members and Guests can do.
