Trello, Asana & Google Calendar

Trello, Asana and Google Calendar connections import into Roni. They don’t change anything in the original tool.

Connect

1. Open Integrations and click Connect next to the service.
2. Sign in and allow access.
3. For each board, Asana project or calendar, choose the Roni project to import into — or Don’t import.

How importing works

• Roni checks for new items about every 10 minutes.
• Only new cards, tasks or events are imported. Later changes in the original tool are not synced.
• Imported tasks are assigned to the person who connected the account.
• Google Calendar events keep their start and end times.
• Disconnect stops importing. Tasks that were already imported stay in Roni.

Google Calendar is available on every plan; Trello and Asana are part of Pro.
