Personal notifications

On the Integrations page click Connect with Slack and approve access. Roni then sends you direct messages when you’re assigned to a task, when someone comments on your task and when you’re mentioned. Every morning you also get a summary of your overdue tasks.

The Roni app’s Home tab in Slack lists your open tasks with a View button.

You can turn Slack messages on or off per workspace in Notification settings.

Project channel updates

To post updates about a project to a Slack channel:

1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel and copy its URL.
2. In Roni, open the project’s settings and scroll to Slack Integration.
3. Paste the URL into Enter Hook URL, enter the channel name and click Update.

The channel gets a message for every new task in the project and a daily list of overdue tasks. Use Remove webhook to stop.
